Machu Picchu Tour

To begin the tour to Machu Picchu, one must be at least one day before departure in Cusco . It can be visited by two routes , by the railroad ( trains ) and the other by the ancient Inca walking on two or four days, this tour will be done in the service station .

We will pass by your hotel in Cusco 1 hour before the main road to Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu Citadel departure of your train, and take you to the train station, located in the town of Poroy, then we board the train of the company "PERURAIL" and begin the journey from Poroy - Cusco to the town of "Aguas Calientes" (2000 m) which has a duration of 4 hours, where our guide will be waiting, we head to the bus station to ascend 400 m high, in a zigzag way for 30 minutes to reach the incredible wonder of the world "the Sanctuary of Machupicchu", known as "the Lost City of the Incas"

When you reach the citadel of Machu Picchu, we pass the control, where our tickets will deliver revenue and where we will begin our guided tour, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and various cemeteries around for more than two hours. Then you will be given free time to stroll around the citadel and take their food, one of the many restaurants in Aguas Calientes or if you wish at Santuary Lodge Hotel (lunch is on your own).

In the afternoon take the train back to Cusco (depending on the departure time of your train), the return will follow the same route as the outward journey and on arrival at the train station in Poroy - Cusco, we will be waiting for take it to your hotel.
